BITDAX.IO has introduced a new level of security for withdrawal transactions via the mobile app.
Withdrawal Pin Code or WPC is a special 5-digit passcode that will be used to confirm your future mobile crypto withdrawals. It is set up during the first withdrawal attempt via mobile app and should be memorized. Now there is no need to confirm mobile withdrawals via email anymore.

If you forgot your Withdrawal Pin Code (WPC), please contact our support team via chat to reset it.

In order to set up your secure withdrawal pin code to withdraw funds via the app, you need to go to the Wallet tab - Withdrawal section and initiate a withdrawal.
You will be prompted to set up the pin code and then re-confirm it as mentioned in the next screenshots:


You can choose your 5 digit code which will be used for your future withdrawals.
Once this step is completed, you will see a confirmation screen as mentioned below:

Please remember to keep your code secure. In case you lost the code, please don't hesitate to contact the Support Team via chat for recovery.
To complete your first withdrawal via the app, press the Proceed To Withdrawal button. You will receive a confirmation code to your phone, please input it and tap Confirm as it is shown below:

After that, your withdrawal request will be accepted and processed once our Financial Department confirms the transaction.
You will be prompted to set up the pin code and then re-confirm it as mentioned in the next screenshots:

Preparing for Identity verification on BITDAX.IO
Before you start verification:
Log in to your BITDAX.IO account in the mobile app, tap on Profile, and choose Verification.

To submit your verification application, you’ll need to provide:
country of residence (together with your Social Security Number if you’re a US resident)
a photo of your identity document (international passport, government-issued national ID card, or driver’s license)
a selfie with this document
personal information (your first and last name, date, and place of birth)
identity document details (serial number, date of issue, issuing country, and expiry date)
To submit your Identity verification application, click Start and follow the steps below:
1. Provide a country of residence
- Tap on the Country and choose one in which you currently living from the list plus the state or province. Users in the US should also indicate their county.
- If you are a US resident, enter your Social Security Number.
- Check that all the information you’ve provided is correct and tap Next.

2. Confirm your phone number
- Select the country code and enter your phone number. A confirmation code will be sent to this number.

3. Choose the type of your document
In the drop-down list, select the document you will use. If you choose an identity card or a driver’s license, specify the issuing country as well
4. Take a photo of your document
Focus the phone camera on your identity document. This document should be valid and internationally recognized. It should be issued with Latin characters or with Latin transliteration of the main fields.
Make sure that all edges of the document fit in the frame on the screen and that details are visible, the system will automatically read it. Otherwise, you can take a snapshot manually.
If you are submitting a government-issued national ID card or driver’s license, take a photo of the front and back sides of your document.

5. Fill in personal Information
Fill out the form with your personal information. It should be provided with Latin characters. If the form was filled automatically, check everything for accuracy and correct any fields if necessary. Once you’re ready, tap Next.

6. Provide your ID document details
Enter the serial number, issuing country, and expiry date (if applicable) for the document you’ve provided. Once you’re ready, tap Next.

7. Take a selfie with your document
Now take a selfie while holding both your ID and the note next to your face. Make sure that all text is visible. Before submitting your selfie, make sure it meets the following requirements:
the document is in Latin characters
the document has your signature
all text is visible
you’re looking straight at the camera
the background is a light, neutral color
the photo is in color
there are no red eyes
you aren’t wearing accessories (e.g. sunglasses, a hat, or a headband)

The app will take the selfie in landscape layout, so start by flipping your device horizontally (turn off portrait orientation lock if you use iOS or rotation lock if you use Android). You’ll see the screen divided into two parts. Your face should fit in the frame on the left and the documents you’re holding should be on the right. Once your face and documents are recognized, blink to take a photo.

You can also ask someone to take a photo for you. In this case, just switch to the rear camera.
There you go! Your Identity verification is now submitted.
If everything was submitted correctly, you’ll get an email about successful verification from our Compliance Officer within an hour. You can track the status of your application on the Verification page.
If you want increased limits (deposits — up to $10,000.00, withdrawals — up to $10,000.00) and access to the bank transfer payment method, you can start Address verification right after you submit an Identity verification application.

After you verify your identity and address, you can pass Enhanced Verification to increase deposit and withdrawal limits and get access to a dedicated manager to assist with platform activities.
To start the Enhanced Verification process, go to the Verification tab in your mobile app, choose Enhanced Verification, and check that you have all the documents at hand.
To pass verification, you will need:
a valid ID document (national ID card, international passport, or driver’s license) different from the one you used for Identity Verification;
proof of funds document (salary statement, bank statement for the last 3–6 months, tax return, a screenshot of trading activity, a screenshot of mining activity, or any other financial document);
a piece of paper and a pen.
Block 1. Prove the source of your funds
Step 1. State the source of your fiat funds and indicate your monthly income. Tap Next to proceed.
Step 2. Check the box next to the source of your crypto funds, if you own any, or tap Next to skip.
Step 3. If you plan to withdraw crypto funds, specify the withdrawal destination, or tap Next to skip.
Block 2. Provide proof of funds
At this step, you should be ready to scan your proof of funds document. To start, choose what document you will provide.
Note: If you choose Other Financial Document, you’ll have to specify the type of the document.
You can provide more than one proof of funds document; however, documents must be uploaded one by one.
After you’ve chosen a type of document, you’ll see an attachment field on the right. Tap it and you’ll get an opportunity to take a photo, upload a photo from your library, or upload a file from a file storage app. You can provide files in PDF, PNG, JPG, and GIF formats that don’t exceed 30MB in size.
Note: If you take a photo with your phone, you’ll have to confirm that the image is readable.
You can upload up to 10 files if your document has more than one page. Tap the + symbol to upload more images.
You can also replace uploaded files. To do so, tap the edit symbol next to the chosen document. Once you’ve finished uploading files, tap Next.
Block 3. Upload an additional proof of ID
Get ready to scan your ID at this step. First, indicate the type of ID you’ll use and specify the issuing country. Now take a photo of the document and check its readability.
Note! If you’re taking a photo of a national ID card or driver’s license, you have to capture both sides of the document.
Next, fill in the fields with your personal information: first name, middle name (if applicable), last name, date of birth, gender, and nationality. If the fields are prefilled, check that all information is correct.
After you’ve submitted your personal information, fill in the document information. You have to provide the document’s serial number, date of issue, issuing country, and expiry date (if the document does not have one, turn off the switch).
As soon as you’re ready with this step, take a selfie of you holding the document along with a handwritten note. Write “I’m a BITDAX.IO customer” in pen on a blank piece of paper and include the current date in DD/MM/YYYY format and your signature. After this, flip your phone horizontally and take a selfie of you holding your ID and the handwritten note next to your face.

The screen will be divided into two parts, so make sure your face fits in the frame on the left and your document with the note in the frame on the right. Once the document and your face are within the frames, blink to take a shot. Make sure that all text is visible and confirm readability to move to the next block.
Block 4. Provide employment details
To start, choose your employment status. Then provide details of your employment. Depending on the employment type you choose, you’ll be asked to provide the following information.
If you’re employed, provide the name, physical address, website, and phone number of your company, and indicate the industry and for how long you’ve been employed by this employer.
If you’re self-employed, specify the type of business you’re involved in and for how long you’ve been self-employed.
If you’re unemployed, state your source of income.
Block 5. Fill in the final questionnaire
Please indicate details like your banking jurisdiction, the purpose of your account, and planned monthly turnover.
Next, specify whether you have any relation to politically exposed individuals and provide details about your position (if applicable).
Now provide information on whether you’re a US citizen or resident or are subject to US taxes for any other reason.
Block 6. Sign the declaration
Read through the points you see on the screen and agree to them. Press agree and then sign the declaration with your finger.
As soon as you’ve completed all these steps, your application will be sent for review. Once there’s a decision or an update on the matter, you’ll be notified in the app and by email.
To start the Enhanced Verification process, go to the Verification tab in your mobile app, choose Enhanced Verification, and check that you have all the documents at hand.
To pass verification, you will need:
a valid ID document (national ID card, international passport, or driver’s license) different from the one you used for Identity Verification;

Login with QR code
You can also log in using the QR code option. First, you'll need to generate a QR code. To do so, log in to your BITDAX.IO account in a web browser. Then:
Go to Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
Select the BITDAX.IO Mobile tab.
Click on the Generate activation key button and confirm your action with a 2FA code..

To open the created QR code, click on the Show QR button. Then, in your mobile app, select Login With QR Code on the sign-in page and scan the code.
Please, note that the QR code is valid only for 10 minutes. If you don't use the code within this time, you'll need to generate a new one.

Finally, create and repeat your 4-digit passcode.

Login with API key
In case you face any difficulties with your email and password or QR code, you can log in using the API key. Click on Have some problems? and choose to log in with the API key.


The next step is to enter your User ID, the API key, and the API secret.

The API key and the API secret are generated in the same way, as the QR code:
Go to Profile.
Select BITDAX.IO Mobile.
Click on the Generate activation key button and confirm your action with a 2FA code.
Please, note that the API key is valid only for 10 minutes since generation. If you don't use the key within this time, you'll need to generate a new one.
Once you have entered your API key credentials, set up and repeat the 4-digit passcode. Remember this code for your next logins via the mobile app.

How do I add a card to BITDAX.IO mobile app?
To add a card to BITDAX.IO mobile app:

Select Card manager

How do I remove a card from BITDAX.IO mobile app?
If you want to remove a card linked to your account, go to the Card Manager tab, select the card you would like to delete, and swipe left. You'll see the Delete option. Click it, and the card will be removed from your BITDAX.IO account.

To add a card to BITDAX.IO mobile app:

How do I remove a card from BITDAX.IO mobile app?
If you want to remove a card linked to your account, go to the Card Manager tab, select the card you would like to delete, and swipe left. You'll see the Delete option. Click it, and the card will be removed from your BITDAX.IO account.

After you pass Address verification, you’ll have access to a wide range of currency pairs, increased deposit (up to $10,000 daily) and withdrawal (up to $10,000 daily) limits, and the opportunity to deposit funds with no commission using bank transfers. Once you’ve submitted your application for Identity verification, you can start applying for Address verification without waiting.
Preparing for address verification on CEX.IO
Before you start the verification process:
Log in to your CEX.IO account in the mobile app.
Open the Profile tab, choose Verification, and tap on Address Verification.
Prepare a document that proves your place of residence (utility or electricity bill, bank statement, or tax return).
When you are ready, click Start. Here are the steps to verify your address on CEX.IO using the mobile app.
1. Select the document type
To pass Address verification, you need to confirm your address of residence. To do so, you can use a bank statement, electricity or utility bill, tax return/council tax document, or another document with your name and address on it.
Just select the type of document you’re providing from the drop-down list. If you choose to provide a document that isn’t on the list, you should specify what type of document it is. Also, make sure your document meets the following requirements:
- It contains your first and last name, your address of residence, and credentials of the entity issuing the document (logo of the institution) on the same page.
- It was issued within the last 3 months and contains a date of issue.
- It was issued with Latin characters or with transliteration into Latin characters.
- It is a paper document.
2. Take a photo of your document
Use your phone camera to take a photo of the document. Check that all letters and digits are readable. You can submit photos of up to 10 pages of the document if necessary.

3. Provide your address details
Provide your street address, apartment/suite number (optional), country, state/province, county (for US residents), city, and zip code.
Once you’ve filled in all the fields, check that all information is correct and tap Next.

4. Link a social media profile (optional)
In most cases, a linked social network profile gives additional information that helps to confirm the data you’ve provided. You’re encouraged to link at least one social media profile on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or any other social network or website.

Note: If you don’t want to link your social media accounts, just tap Next two times. Your application will be sent without information about your social media profiles.
You’ll receive a message from our Compliance department to the email associated with your CEX.IO account when your address has been successfully verified. After that, you can deposit up to $10,000, withdraw up to $10,000 daily and use the bank transfer payment method. Don't forget to check My limits tab when making deposits and withdrawals in the CEX.IO mobile app.
If you want to deposit and withdraw without limits, you can apply for Enhanced verification. You can also use a corporate account for trading on CEX.IO.

The CEX.IO Exchange service allows you to easily convert funds from one currency to another, even if there’s no pair on CEX.IO. Instead of placing market and limit orders, you can simply select currencies from the list and convert them in a few clicks.
If a direct exchange pair is not available, we use an intermediary currency that can be traded against your input and output currencies on CEX.IO.
For example, if you want to convert ETH to XRP, we’ll do the conversion in two steps:
Sell ETH for BTC
Buy XRP for BTC
In the end, you’ll get XRP on your CEX.IO balance in exchange for ETH.
To use the Exchange feature, open the CEX.IO mobile app and follow these steps:
1. Tap Exchange in the bottom menu.

How to place a trade order in the CEX.IO mobile app
To place an order using the CEX.IO mobile app go to the Trade page in the Trade Pro menu.
There you’ll see Market and Limit tabs.
Note:
A market order allows you to buy or sell crypto under the current market conditions and is filled immediately. Use market orders when the speed of execution is your priority.
Limit orders allow you to specify the price at which you want your order to be filled. However, you need to wait for the market to meet that price and your limit order will be completed.
If you wish to change the currency for your order, you can do that in the top of the screen. Click on the currency pair button, then choose a currency you want to spend in the slider in the top and currency you want to get from the drop-down list.

To buy crypto using a market order:
Enter the amount you want to spend in USD (or another currency, based on the pair you’ve selected).
Click Buy and you’ll see the estimated amount of the selected currency you’ll get at the current exchange rate.

If you agree to the conditions, click Buy again.

The order will be completed immediately and the purchased crypto will be added to your CEX.IO balance at once.
Please note: the final amount you receive may differ from the amount estimated when placing the order due to rapid changes in the market price.
You can sell your crypto using a market order in the same way:
enter the amount you want to sell, click the Sell button, and confirm the sale.

To place a limit order:
Enter the amount you want to buy or sell
Enter the desired price
Click Buy or Sell and check the details of your order

Review the details of the order and click the Buy (or Sell) button to place it.

Once you confirm the order, it will be placed and will appear in your Orders tab. As soon as the market price reaches the price you’ve specified, the order will be filled. You can cancel a limit order at any time before it’s executed by clicking on the ❌ icon next to it in the Orders tab.

You can set up an order notification to receive a push notification in the app once your order is executed.
How to track your trade history
To check the details of all your trades, go to the Trade Pro and open the History page.
Here you can see your completed market and limit orders with details such as:
the time when an order was completed or canceled
the order ID
the amount bought or sold
the price at which the order was filled
the fee for the order
the total amount spent
Trades performed using the Instant Buy, Instant Sell, and Exchange features are reflected as market orders.
Note: If your limit order is still active, you can find it in the Orders tab. It will not be shown in your trade history until it’s completed or canceled.

How to place a trade order in the CEX.IO mobile app
To place an order using the CEX.IO mobile app go to the Trade page in the Trade Pro menu.
There you’ll see Market and Limit tabs.

Please note: the final amount you receive may differ from the amount estimated when placing the order due to rapid changes in the market price.
You can sell your crypto using a market order in the same way:
enter the amount you want to sell, click the Sell button, and confirm the sale.

To place a limit order:
Enter the amount you want to buy or sell
Enter the desired price
Click Buy or Sell and check the details of your order

Review the details of the order and click the Buy (or Sell) button to place it.

Once you confirm the order, it will be placed and will appear in your Orders tab. As soon as the market price reaches the price you’ve specified, the order will be filled. You can cancel a limit order at any time before it’s executed by clicking on the ❌ icon next to it in the Orders tab.

You can set up an order notification to receive a push notification in the app once your order is executed.
How to track your trade history
To check the details of all your trades, go to the Trade Pro and open the History page.
Here you can see your completed market and limit orders with details such as:
the time when an order was completed or canceled
the order ID
the amount bought or sold
the price at which the order was filled
the fee for the order
the total amount spent
Trades performed using the Instant Buy, Instant Sell, and Exchange features are reflected as market orders.
Note: If your limit order is still active, you can find it in the Orders tab. It will not be shown in your trade history until it’s completed or canceled.
