Office of the Data Protection CommissionerApplication in preparation

Bitdax is preparing registration as a data controller and processor under the Data Protection Act 2019. Data minimisation and retention controls are implemented in the platform design.

Bitdax publishes the status of every service. A working interface is not evidence of an approval. See the regulatory status page for the full register.

  3. Evidence collected

Supporting documents are attached as work is done.

  4. Reviewed and approved

A reviewer signs off before submission.

  5. Submitted and archived

The filing and its evidence are retained for audit.
